Eurasian Research Centre for Comparative and International Tax Law (Centre) was founded on the basis of the Urals State Academy of Law (leading Law University in Russia and neighbouring countries) for carrying out research in international, integration and comparative taxation, budget, currency and financial law.
The Centre is one of the first specialized research organisations in the CIS-countries which has directly focused on the issues of international and comparative tax and financial law.
According to the Permanent comission of the EurAsEC on legal affairs recommendation dated November 17, 2005 the Centre elaborates training materials, curriculums and educational standards for teaching finance / fiscal law  subjects in the high schools of the EurAsEC Member-states.
